I love this music video, but not so much for the song (which is amazing!) as for the movie that it promotes. I absolutely LOVE VeggieTales' Sweetpea Beauty move it is a must see for all girls os all ages. It's such a great reminder of how beautiful we are, despite what this world may say. I think for us especially it's so easy to look at ourselves and how we look and compare it to others then equivocate our worth in accordance. But what is the beauty standards of this world to tell us what our worth is? Our view of beauty is so fickle here, think about it! I doubt you see very many people walking around with afros any more. We can never decide what is and is not beautiful, but God can, and he says that you are beautiful. There's one point in the story of Snoodelrella where she dances with the King (God) and he tells her of how beautiful she is, and how she was made by him/for him and is special. I seriously tear up every time we get to that part of the movie. God made you - beautiful in his eyes, and Gods view of beauty is eternal and never changing. In other words: your beauty is Timeless! How awesome is that?
